When we decided to build a retirement home, we had a builder in mind. However, Mrs. Arnold heard so many complimentary remarks about Philip Crowell that we chose him after our bids were in.
     Mr. Crowell worked with an excellent but demanding architect and their product has been most gratifying. The workmanship on our home is so good that many people assume that we used craftsmen from Houston although they were actually local people.
     His financial management was excellent and our end result was true quality workmanship.
