Recently, my husband and I contracted with Crowell Design & Construction, Inc. to build our home on Richland / Chambers lake.

We learned of Philip Crowell from other homeowners located in the area; all of which provided us with very positive referrals. We met with other builders; however, we were so impressed by Philip Crowell in our initial meeting and the thoroughness of his bid process that we decided on Crowell even prior to receiving other bids.

We benefited from Philip's expertise from the very beginning. He provided us with information that helped us avoid making big mistakes with our original house plans.

I am a banker by profession and have dealt with many contractors and made many on site inspections; however, this was my first opportunity to build my own home. Quality was of utmost importance to us AND to our builder, which was obvious from his efforts beginning with the foundation... and continued to the "finishing touches".

I had always heard stories of how owners had to be "on site" daily to assure that the jobs were properly completed. I expected my contractor to take care of those responsibilities and was never disappointed. We were consulted when needed but always dealt directly with Crowell, not the subcontractors.

My husband and I are very pleased with the finished product and that we chose Crowell Design & Construction, Inc.
